It’s always rewarding to receive “thank you” messages from happy brides and customers every now and then. It’s a feeling of fulfillment. A desire to give more and an inspiration to always deliver my best each time.
I thank everyone who has worn my creations for their confidence and trust in me. And I thank the Lord for the talent He entrusted me.

(Note: I was pregnant with my second child when Jewel got me to design her gown. We became very close during the course of production of her gown and the gowns of the moms and her entourage. The long distance between us didn’t matter. When my baby came out, she volunteered to be a “ninang”. Why, of course, Yes! From then on, we called each other “mare”. When I went with my sister Ada to New York to attend her wedding, we were treated like we are family. We felt so special. I am so happy to have Jewel as my bride. She was a regal princess in her gown. And even happier to have her as my little princess Rae’s ninang. )

(Note: Ingrid was one of the brides who never contacted me again to check on her gown. She just sent me an image to use as an inspiration and left everything to me. It’s either she did not care about her gown or she completely trusted me. When she came to see me a few days before the wedding to try on her gown, I was relieved to know that she just trusted me after all. Ingrid graced the aisle like a model on a catwalk. She was such a beauty. )

(Note: Bam met with me and my sisters a few months before her wedding. Hers is an 8-8-08 wedding. We already had a previous booking before she came to us but fortunately, the other wedding was moved to a later date so we were able to accommodate Bam and Jan. This couple knew what they wanted from the very beginning. They knew that they did not want it simple but they also did not want it big. So on 8-8-08, we had a fantastic wedding in Cebu City with only an intimate number of guests. It was the most elaborate wedding we ever did outside Manila. We flew in around 50 suppliers from Manila which almost equalled the total number of guests they had. I did 3 wedding gowns for Bam and 2 tux for Jan. Why? Simply because Bam could not decide what to wear. What a simple solution, isn’t it? Jan was one of the coolest grooms I’ve ever known. He always smells good too. He he he! And Bam was probably one of the craziest brides I’ve known. She has the weirdest solutions to everything. Ha ha ha! And that’s why I love her ! )
THANK YOU for all your help with the wedding. My wedding gown–as well as all the dresses turned out better than I even pictured. You’ve been awesome to work with. I couldn’t ask for more:DD Wishing you & C&C all the best–always.

Hi hi hi! Can’t thank you enough. The gown’s super elegant, unique & timeless! Lots of my friends said I looked more of a princess than a bride which was our vision beforehand. Hi Ate Malou, I am so very much impressed for the gown you have made for me. You have given every detail that I’ve requested. And it is beyond what I expected….Every guest and my suppliers were telling me that my gown was very unique and unusual. Ed was truly amazed when the first time he saw me while walking to the altar last Wednesday, January 20, 2010.
Will you be our designer again on our 25th Wedding, hehehe…

Hi Ate Malou, It was in SMX Wedding exbihit of 2009 when Edsrafel saw your designs and he was so flabbergasted by the designs featured on that exhibit. I was busy with the free trial make up on that exhibit and Ed was just wandering within the hall. And saw your wedding gowns. Since exhibit hall is already closing, we decided to go back on the next day. From Antipolo we rush to see you in the exhibit. This meeting was just a week before he left going back to Saudi Arabia. The first day we met is still fresh in my mind. You borrowed a tape measure from one of the designers in the exhibit and got Edsrafel's measurement. From then on, I've been one of your makulit bride. I do tend to visit you every month in your house. I did enjoyed your company and Rein.
The gown was so pretty! My relatives and guests were so impressed with the gowns you have made especially with my gown…MARAMING SALAMAT po…you made our day really SPECIAL =) nakalimutan ko lahat when I saw the gown…
